Application for a Username at oxlug.org Version 1.01

I have read Oxford Community Internet's terms and conditions and I agree to abide by them at all times.

Please create a username to give me access to the members-only area of the oxlug.org web site and mail forwarding.

I believe I qualify because:

1) I am subscribed to the oxlug or oxlug-announce list.
I understand that if I unsubscribe, my username may be revoked.
